BIOMA Aikido is affiliated with Aikido Schools of Ueshiba (ASU). An organization founded and lead by Mitsugi Saotome Sensei. BIOMA Aikido emphasizes practical and functional technique and incorporates striking and grappling in its pedagogy. Qigong is a mind-body exercise form that uses meditation, breathing, and movement to increase energy and enable the body to heal itself.
