About the event
All are welcome! This is a beginner couples’ class. No experience no problem no judgment. Expect to connect with your partner, laugh, learn and explore. Bring a water bottle, a great attitude and make a memory together.
We will open and end with some light couples stretching/yoga to get the body warm and then practice some fun positions with real life applications.
$30 per couple. Space is limited so please sign up early.
