Open Mat

Service Description

Open Mat is designed to introduce participants to controlled and spontaneous combatives. Focus is on grappling, kickboxing, boxing and MMA using the BIOMA Method or Self Defense Fitness Training. Qualified participants can spare with weapons. Students will have an opportunity to compete across martial disciplines. Adults only. Participants are responsible for providing safety gear such as cups, shin guards and mouth pieces.
